Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic, and can be trusted. In Kuwait, the document can be taken to a lawyer or a Foreign Consulate or Embassy. The lawyer will require a valid ID and will witness the document being signed.
